Who will teach you?

The camp is led by our Instructor Joanne.

Coming late to fitness Joanne knows what it is like to have spent time looking after everyone else and neglecting her own fitness and wellbeing.

That all changed when she hit 50 and she took up running and long distance walking she has since has completed 4 marathons a triathlon an adventure race along with numerous other running, walking and cycling events.

When she retired from a 40 year  nursing career she trained as a Fitness & Nordic Walking instructor and loves helping people just like you to improve their fitness and wellbeing and achieve their goals.
