Extreme Nordic

Our Extreme Nordic Programme is ideal for those who are looking to take part in an ultra marathon event or want to run with their poles. Lead by our instructor Tony who is no stranger to extreme events, including being one of the climbers on the First Irish Everest Expedition in 1993 and completing numerous ultra marathons and sky races across the world. Nordic poles are used by the top ultra runners in events such as UTMB. Learning the correct technique across the mountains is essential for getting the most benefit from the poles.
